This picturesque promenade stretches for 4 miles along the Fylde Coast, offering stunning views of the Irish Sea. The promenade is lined with beautiful gardens, including the popular Jubilee Gardens, which feature vibrant flowerbeds, tranquil ponds, and walking trails. Visitors can enjoy leisurely strolls, picnics, and outdoor activities like cycling and walking. The promenade is also home to several cafes, restaurants, and ice cream parlors, providing a range of refreshments and dining options. Along the way, you'll find several iconic landmarks, including the historic Cleveleys Pier, which dates back to 1875, and the modern Sea View Beach Cafe, which offers panoramic views of the coastline.
Cleveleys is a lovely place to visit. Not too busy and friendly people. Cafes are very nice and clean. Fish n chips are always fresh. Mr. Whippy ice cream! What more can I say! Grandkids love it here and is dog friendly.
We went for a short walk along the prom and it was a nice view. We didn't spend much time here due to the fact we had been walking all day and my son was beginning to become tired and grumpy. It would have been nice to play on the beach and we will likely visit again the next time we stay in the area.
Loved this small retail outlet. We went into Go Outdoors as my daughter needed something for her upcoming camping trip. We also went into M&S. Wow! What great savings. Husband got 2 pairs of Chinos for less than half price? Next time we, I need to have plenty of money.
No better place when the sun's shining, lovely cafe to the North end (Fleetwood side) and the Venue pub over the road, Vue cinema and JD Gym... Recently on the prom for the return of the Cleveleys car show, always a superb event, and well worth a visit.
A really interesting section off the coastline, with a modern twist. Just a pity that a few more businesses aren't still running.
Great day out at the car show, a regular visitor to the area who doesn't enjoy a day at the seaside
