A 19th-century mill converted into a shopping and dining complex, featuring a range of boutique stores, restaurants, and cafes, surrounded by picturesque countryside and offering a tranquil atmosphere.
Visited on the open Sunday last week.. very interesting, there was a little talk and a video about the mill & you could watch it working, very pretty location. Free entry but you can buy a delicious cream tea or slice of cake & make a donation in the box. Lovely afternoon activity for all ages
Very interesting video of the history of the mill, friendly team. Homemade cakes teas, coffee & soft drinks available.
Didn't get the chance to visit the mill as it was closed. Walked around the river and it was very chill and many ducks hoovering around.
Very interesting piece of living local history. The volunteers do a brilliant job and are extremely knowledgeable. I heartily recommend a visit to help keep this wonderful bit of heritage alive.
A lovely educational experience. The Mill is run by volunteers who give their time to teach younger generations all about water mill.
