Cogges Manor Farm, Witney, Oxfordshire - a heritage farmstead in the heart of the Oxfordshire Cotswolds. Farm animals, manor house, picnic orchard, gardens, adventure play, cafe and shop. Fun family events and a unique Cotswold barn wedding venue. Cafe open daily from 9am - 4.30pm.
Relaxing summer leisure activity. Good mix of animals and well maintained historical buildings. A play area for children is also included. We visited on a weekend and it was quiet and peaceful, allowing for ample exploration of the area and a walk beside a river. We also had a chance to get quite close with some of the farm animals and ask the employees questions about them.
This place is a hidden gem! The place is great if you like small scale attractions. It's not Blenheim Palace and nor does it cost as much as Blenheim. The house is fascinating and tbe gardens are just lovely. It's great to see ducks and chickens roaming around. Definitely worth a visit. Admission fee with gift aid is PS9.90 for adults.
Really nice place to look around and extremely well presented. The gardens were very impressive. However, give the cafe a miss. They charged PS4.50 for one can of coke and small bottle of water!

Great little farm whether you're a Downton Abbey fan or not. The staff and volunteers are very friendly and helpful with information. The cafe is also very good and there's a huge sitting area both indoor and outside where the kids can run around and play. Worth a visit if you're passing by the area.
