Towering coaster with 10 inversions including a vertical loop, corkscrews & a quadruple barrel roll.
Pretty decent rollercoaster with its 10 loops, however it is a bit of a head basher. They really should upgrade the seats to be more comfortable. It's also very noisy, especially when you're waiting in the queue right next to the tracks. I'd suggest going on it on your first trip once, and then see how fun it is for you. The wait times are excessive but it's a popular ride you so expect it. On weekends, you'll wait over an hour during the peak hours.
I absolutely love the ride. The thrill of all the spinning, goon up, down, left and right at high speeds is totally my thing. But the only thing that I don't like is how your head wits the safety cage that holds you in place. I know a lot of people that avoid that ride, purely because of the head bashing that gives them a headache. My head was hurting too after coming off this ride, but it wasn't that bad for me as I tried my best to brace myself. It's not the first time I've been on this ride... I was alright with all that when I was younger. Getting older over the years, your body can't with stand them things like it used to. But the thrill is amazing on the ride.
Quite rough compared to other models of the same coaster but theming is on point and queue goes down fast!
I have mixed feelings about this ride but most of them are pretty good. It's a good ride but if you have rather long legs then do not sit in the back of each car as there is less leg room. It can be very rough depending on where your sitting. It's worth queuing for the front and the queue for the ride is very pretty. It can get very long queues so I would probably start my day at Thorpe with this ride but still a solid rollercoaster.
This is a rickety old thing and is definitely showing its age. It's a good ride, but it's most certainly a bit of a bone shaker. It definitely shakes your head around quite a bit and is not very comfortable. There is not much space in the seats, and even getting off the ride is particularly easy. Ride photos are terrible. You either get part of your group chopped off because of the stupid background, then insist on putting around everything or you get a random person in front/behind you.
Roll roll roll roll roll. I cannot describe it another way. I was the last one on the queue too. It's a really good ride but a bit rough. That's fine though as its getting retracked.
