A 120-acre green oasis in Cheshire, Congleton Park features a serene lake, walking trails, and abundant wildlife. The park's landscape is dotted with mature trees, colorful flowerbeds, and picturesque picnic areas. Visitors can enjoy leisurely strolls, jogging, or cycling on the park's pathways, while children can explore the adventure playground or ride the miniature railway. The park also hosts various events and festivals throughout the year, making it a vibrant hub of community activity.
Stunning Victorian park maintained to an incredibly high standard by Cheshire East Council. Surrounded on 2 sides by the River Dane complete with an impressive weir at one end. Includes loads of paths to walk, many floral displays and good modern children's playground.
This park is beautifully maintained it has a cafe dogs allowed, a playground, bowling green rugby field and a wooded area under tree canopy's with lots of squirrels. No litter and volunteers working on the flower beds. Public toilets no litter. Not a busy place parking available across the river bridge. Good access for those with pushchairs or wheelchairs.
A lovely park for a stroll. Flower boarders are well maintained, the sensory garden being my favourite. Table tennis table available and a children's area with a variety of activities.
Beautiful park. Lots of areas for picnics. Very clean + quiet. Only downside is toilets locking at half 3
Lovely traditional park. Small car park, so at weekends and school holidays, it gets busy. Lovely quirky cafe, which is dog friendly.
Lovely well kept park. Dogs on leads in the formal area but off lead elsewhere. Open space and woodland areas. Cafe is open most days, small free car park
