This 13-acre park features a large pond, walking trails, and a variety of wildlife, including birds, fish, and insects. The green space also includes a community orchard, a sensory garden, and a children's play area, making it a popular destination for families and nature lovers.
Very nice, large space. Has something for everyone. Big enough that you can sit quietly even when it is busy. Had a great slide off the main pathway that is big enough for adults. I went down it many times. Very fun! Looking forward to going back.
Nice park for walking and for kids to run around.
Love this spot along side the River Yeo, dock walking and paddleboarding amazing
Really lovely place to go paddle boarding and for walks
Clean and well maintained, free parking and easy access if you're looking to launch a Kayak / paddleboard. No slipway but a reinforced bank slightly above water level allowing an easy launch, then it's a ten minute trip upstream to the Weir. Heading downstream has quite a lot of duckweed and vegetation which can make paddling more difficult.
Great open space to play, for dog walking, walk along the river etc
Wheelchair-accessible car park
Wheelchair-accessible entrance
Picnic tables
Slides
Swings
Good for kids
