The Cononley playing field is an important village asset very well used and enjoyed by children and their families throughout the year. It is held in trust for the village and the Parish Council is the Sole Trustee. The money raised by the Cononley Gala in June every year allows the Sole Trustee to maintain the playing field and the playground equipment and surfaces.

This was a very pleasant park to spend time at, having a reasonable amount of grass and a bandstand where I sat to enjoy my lunch. Also, it is positioned nicely by the stream and the gate makes for a proper entrance!
This is a brilliant place to go spend with friend or family. Football pitch, scate park and equipment for the kids. There are tables to have food. You can go bowling there. There is a bandstand for you to go in if the day is damp. Its just perfect 5 stars!!!
