With a huge range of different ways to enjoy the water, as well as a host of other activities, Coral Reef Waterworld is the perfect place to stay active and, most importantly, have fun. With thrilling waterslides, an erupting volcano, a pirate ship and a variety of other features, there's something for everyone in the pool area. Meanwhile, the adults-only Coral Spa area is the ideal place to relax and get away from it all.
Very nice place for people in all ages. Separate area for smaller children. Very entertaining. My children had a great time. Staff is polite and friendly. Big parking and is for free if you book a ticket to the aquapark. The only one thing that I don't give a 5 - very long queues for the rides!!!, 90 mins for a session is definitely not enough time !!! to fully enjoy all the activities that this place offers. Place is very busy! My son managed to go to only 3 slides out of 5 because we run out of time.
Great place for the kids. We were 45 minutes late for our session due to the motorway traffic and the leisure centre was so kind to let our session start from 12.30 giving us our full time.
Great indoor waterpark has 5 flumes and a pool area with rapids and a pirate ship. Had a great time here with the kids on half term. Gets very busy and have 1.5 hour time slots. We managed to get on 4 of the 5 flumes. Due to queue times , spent little time in the pool area. Water slides are fairly decent well worth a visit
We always come back to this place as it is fun and kids always look forward to come back. The booking system can be tricky, but manageable. Always enough space for parking your car, which free when you register with them. Staff members are always polite and very helpful. The flumes can get quite busy at times, but waiting time can be anywhere between 5 minutes to 30 minutes, depending on time. There are 5 flumes, all fun. The water temperature is most of the time warm and consistent. Water can get a little dirty if you later, but ok in the mornings. Buy tickets online in advance. There is a very nice playground nearby, walking distance.
Don't listen to all the moany pants we had a great time! My little boy reckons it's the best swimming pool ever I took him because I have the happiest memories going as a kid and it hasn't changed at all but that's a great thing. Super fun and time flew, the queues for the flumes were pretty quick and worth the little wait. Water is not tropical warm but not freezing and the cleaning was going on constantly. We travelled a long way to get there but it was a great adventure xx also lovely friendly staff
Unfortunately won't be returning. We booked the spa ticket, which was supposed to include "heated sunbeds". Upon noticing that they weren't heated, we reported it to the staff (alongside several other people) who begrudgingly said they'd get maintenance down to look at it. Since we only had a 3 hour slot, we wanted to make the most of our visit, so we decided to go on the slides and come back after once the beds were fixed. We came back and hour or two later to find 1) the beds not fixed and 2) a new staff member on the desk who had absolutely no clue about the issue, or that it was supposed to have been looked into. The slides were great fun (when you eventually got on them as there was absolutely no control over queues), but that's about as far as it goes in terms of positives. The entire place is revoltingly unclean. It is in dire need of a deep clean as well as further deep cleans on a regular basis. We got there for the first session of the day, and it was evident that the place hadn't been cleaned beforehand. The changing rooms are the worst. Made our skin crawl just being there and felt like we needed to disinfect our entire bodies when we left! Really would not recommend spending the unbelievable amount of money on a ticket for this place... Such a shame as well, as the concept of the place sounded fantastic.
