Stroll around the Park and get eye-to-eye with giraffe, walk with lemurs or watch the rhinos graze on the Manor House lawns. Take a ride on the train (April-Oct) or explore their large tree-house adventure playground. The glorious gardens and picturesque parkland make a beautiful backdrop to the 260 different animal species. There's plenty of space to relax and get closer to wildlife! Please note: Last admissions are at 3pm in Winter (Nov-March), closing at dusk or 5pm. Last admissions in summer (April-Oct) are 4pm, closing at 6pm.
We really enjoyed our trip to Cotswold wildlife park. There were a lot of things for us to see and do. The kids enjoyed the train ride, and seeing the animals. The dog enjoyed being allowed in, although we couldn't take her inside any of the buildings. The cafe was really good with nice food. There was a great adventure playground for the kids near the cafe. If taking a dog and kids, I would recommend having more than one adult in the group as you can't leave either kids or dogs by themselves and some places can't have dogs.
Wow, what an amazing wildlife park. It's a fabulous place you could easily spend all day there. The gardens are beautiful, and the animals are in lovely areas with excellent visibility. I've never seen so many wild animals so closely! The park also does lots of fabulous breeding programmes. There is a lovely little train with adult tickets costing PS2 and children PS1, which takes you around many areas of the park. If you book your admission tickets online in advance, you get a slight discount. However, the admission prices are very reasonable given how fabulous it is. There is also an excellent adventure playground for the children. It's definitely worth a visit, and I can't wait to return!
Very impressed, and definitely recommend visiting! I've been to lots of wildlife parks, but this one is different to all the others. It has it's own unique touch that makes it stand out. The park is easy to get around and the map will come in handy. It took us around 3-4 hours to go around the whole park, and luckily it wasn't too busy that day. I think almost every animal was out and about, so we got to see most of them being active. Also recommend going on the train that goes around the park - remember to wave! There are a few places to eat in the park, including a restaurant and kiosks. Reminder that this park is dog friendly! Dogs are allowed in the park. Walking around the park we saw a lot of dogs. I thought this was a nice idea, since many wildlife parks and zoos don't want dogs. All together, the visit was nice and would definitely go again sometime!
Fantastic place. You can get so close to the animals. The gardens are just stunning. Had a fab time with my bestie here. Really lovely girls day out! Great value. Even the food was nice in the cafe and not bad prices. Will be back if I'm in the area again. Need to do a 'experience' next time.
Took our grandson here and we were all very impressed. Tonnes of animals and creatures. You can get some close. Park is spacious and not crowded. Took 5 hours to get around with a couple of stops for Refreshments. Really good value for money. You can also picnic within a few metres of the zebra and rhino fields. Top day out. Highly recommended x
Wow! What an amazing experience! Must to visit, definitely get your moneys worth. Massive park, lots of space for most of the animals, beautiful grounds, very clean and well maintained, dog friendly, apart some enclosures. Loved walled gardens with a greenhouse in it. Also fascinating to watch rhinos roaming around with their 'babies'. Lots of toilets available around the grounds. There's train ride available too. We got wet at the end but still very impressed
