Cottesloe Park is a scenic green space in Glasgow, Scotland, featuring a large boating lake, walking trails, and plenty of picnic areas. The park is home to the stunning Cottesloe House, a 19th-century mansion with beautiful gardens. Visitors can enjoy a leisurely boat ride, a relaxing stroll, or a fun-filled day of outdoor activities like tennis, bowling, and children's play areas. The park also hosts various events and festivals throughout the year, making it a popular destination for both locals and tourists.
Had great fun with my two grandson's, more than enough things for them to play on. As for the parents who thought it wasn't all that. Are you joining in, or are you just standing watching. Play is any age. Yeeeah.
Nice park
My daughter loves it there. And has a great time on all the new play items. Her favourite is the zip ware.
The children mostly don't notice it but it's incredibly dilapidated. Obscene teenage graffiti on the toddler equipment, dog doings in and around the older children area and lots of broken equipment, e.g. only 1 out of 4 swings and none for toddlers. The council have done their best to at least make the broken equipment safe by removing some of the broken things but I won't be taking the kids back there in a rush.
Not bad, but a bit scruffy and tired. There is plenty of graffiti to demonstrate the academic prowess of the states educational system.
Dangerous swings ive never seen that type before. A lot of the play area is being repaired. Unfortunately my grandaughter was upset by other children swearing so we didnt stay long
