Craigie Linn Waterfall is a picturesque waterfall located in the Scottish Highlands, near the village of Killin, Stirling. The waterfall drops 20 meters down a rocky slope, surrounded by lush greenery and moss-covered stones. The waterfall is fed by the River Dochart, which flows from the nearby Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park. The area around the waterfall is perfect for hiking and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Visitors can walk behind the waterfall, adding to the natural beauty and mystique of the attraction. The waterfall is particularly stunning after heavy rainfall, when the water flow is at its peak.
Good walk with access to a waterfall viewpoint roughly 10 minutes from the car park. Walk goes further up the hill to a reservoir with views over Glasgow.
Beautiful falls & gorgeous natural scenery along the walk in both directions. Parts may not be suitable for all as there are stairs on the trail and some uneven paths. Nevertheless, an amazing trail for both young and older.
After yesterday's rain I hoped for a little more water. But there are some really interestingly shaped trees.
Great place for a walk with lovely waterfalls. Paths easy to walk although can be muddy, steep and some steps too.
An amazing find, beautiful waterfall with lovely circular woodland walk.
This was my first time here their is so many hikes you can do around this area, from the car park the water fall is very easy to find I had 3 kids 1 3 yr old 2 6 yr old, it can be very muddy in some spots so have a change of shoes to be on the safe side, lucky I had a change of clothes as my son fell so many times. before you take the stairs to the water fall if you go straight you will find 2 nice big lakes in between them their is a very lovely picnic area you will know when you have found it as there is a few benches and one is made out of a tree. after you have done the falls you can go to the car park in the sky it is an amazing view point of the city, you can ether walk to it but you have to check the walking time or you can drive to it. over all you can make a family day out.
Wheelchair-accessible entrance
Good for kids
