Crawford Bridge is a medieval stone bridge spanning the River Clyde in Lanark, South Lanarkshire, Scotland. Built in the 15th century, it is one of the oldest bridges in Scotland and features three arches, with the central arch being the largest. The bridge's narrowness and steepness reflect its age, and it is now mainly used by pedestrians and cyclists. Despite its historical significance, the bridge has undergone several restorations, including a major reconstruction in the 19th century. Today, Crawford Bridge remains an important part of Lanark's heritage and a popular tourist attraction.

Beautiful old stone bridge.
I took this photo on Tuesday 9 August 2022. We were just crossing when I noticed a guy fishing midstream. It made a great composition. Sorry for the overhead lines , I should of edited them out. The sun was behind me and it was about 9:00 p.m. Enjoy
Beautiful place - great end to my walk along the Stour valley via Shapwick.
Pretty views up and down the river. Lots of swans in the fields. Walks into Spetisbury or through the countryside towards Tarrant Crawford, Shapwick or the Tarrants.
A wonderful old bridge, looking great in the summer sunshine, a nice stopping off point on my walk.
