We recently visited Crealy Theme Park, and it was an unforgettable experience! The park itself is packed with fun and exciting rides for all ages, and the atmosphere is incredibly family-friendly. However, what truly made our day special was the outstanding customer service we received. A special shout-out goes to Marianna, a staff member who was nothing short of amazing. She was incredibly helpful and patient with us, ensuring that all our needs were met with a warm smile. Marianna went above and beyond to make sure our visit was smooth and enjoyable, even taking the time to answer all our questions and assist us with any concerns. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor truly stood out. We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories at Crealy Theme Park. We had the most wonderful two days (do make the most of the free return option .... brilliant idea) at Crealy. Our grand children loved the rides and the shows, especially Sooty and the diving show. Even though it was the school holidays and the park was busy there is so much to do there is room for everyone. It was only the most popular rides you have to wait for. One thing I must comment on was the staff, everyone who helped us on and off rides were wonderful, polite and smiling .... I think that says a lot about a place! Management please thank each and everyone of them for their hard work and tell them they were truly appreciated. My husband lost our car keys on the racing cars and after a little panic and a quick chat to a member of staff we were quickly reunited with them. We will be back with our other grand children in September!
Took my 2 year old. He isn't yet 92cm. So it was free for him. But with the shows and things he was tall enough to do. There was loads for him to do. We didn't even have much time to go in the soft play areas. Highly recommended. Good value for money. Definitely recommend getting there bang on opening time to get your maximum 7 hours in.
We came to Crealy for the day, it was very busy. All staff were polite and friendly. However I found that queue times may be helpful and more carriages etc on rides. As the queues so were so big on the day we did hardly any rides. There were lots of places to eat however these were very highly priced so I would recommend taking your own as there is lots of places especially on a sunny day you can eat and the children can run and play safely. We had a 10inch pizza and twizzerler fries this came to 20 pound. And fed 3 of us. Be warned you now need your bags checked coming in so this holds up time too. The animal land was a bit of a let down as few animals and the diving was not on.

My son is looking forward to our next visit to this wonderful park. Highly recommended!!
Wow... what a brilliant day. Every year my mum would take us on holiday to Devon. It wasn't a holiday until we made the annual trip to Crealy. Now 25 years later, I am taking my three children on the same trip there. It did not disappoint. It was truly one of the best days out I've had with my children. Perfect rides for my kids ages. They were just tall enough to go on some alone, which made them feel all grown up. The staff were friendly. One of them working on the sooty plane ride had some customers moaning. I think his name was Jack. He handled their complaints with grace. Thumbs up to him! The day went so quickly and we barely covered it all. A few rides left to do. Thank you for the new memories!
