A picturesque beach with golden sand and crystal-clear turquoise water, surrounded by rugged cliffs and rocky outcrops, offering stunning views of the Moray Firth and the distant Cairngorms mountains, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports, with a charming harbour and quaint fishing village nearby.
a nice place for a trip with the family, a bit crowded, especially when the weather is nice. for owners of large dogs who want to run without a leash, I recommend going to another beach because you probably won't be able to do it on this one
The harbour has a lovely beach and the sea is very clear.
A lovely little sheltered beach within the harbour walls. It's a great area for children as dogs are not allowed on this part of the beach and the sea is safe as protected from big waves. It's not a massive area but is rarely crowded. Plenty of free parking nearby also.
Small sandy beach inside the outer harbour; a common design of small harbours in this area.
Lovely little fishing village on the NE Coast...nice along the seafront though the day we visited there was a sea haar blowing in.Thought there would have been plenty of places selling the World famous Cullen skink..alas.. I didn't see any..sorry!!!Plenty antique shops though... Ample free parking throughout the village, pretty steep hill from the harbour up into the village square..public toilets accessible by .
