Stephen Melville manages the 3rd generation mixed family farming business that dates back to 1926. Growing cereals and offering DIY livery stables for horses. The farm has also diversified to offer farm tours taking guests on a fun packed rides around the farm visiting and feeding pygmy goats, sheep, lambs, horses and laying hens. Heavily focussed on enhancing wildlife ecosystems by planting woodlands, hedges, wild bird seed, flowering grass margins, species rich grasslands and constructing ponds around the farm. The farm has also progressed along the route of regenerative farming by stopping the use of inversion tillage and instead focussing on direct drilling crops, building organic matter .
