This is an excellent place to picnic and try out you small water craft from paddle boarding to small power boats and every thing i between. Beware there are no toilet facilities. Large carpark and launch area for small boats totally accessible with a trailer.
Lovely quiet place, it's a shame there's little investment in the area as it could be such a tourist trap as it used to be years ago with tb pub and moorings, sadly the pub has been empty a few years now and the pontoons need replacing it's looking a little sad. Where the dogs are swimming is a nice slip with a pump out and fresh water for boats.
