We are open on weekends & bank holidays between 10am - 5pm and during school holidays we are open weekdays 10am - 5pm.
We celebrated our son's 5th Birthday here with his friends and family. Fun was had by all and it was such a stress free party as all food, decorations etc are handled by the staff. The party room is a lovely space and all the children were really excited to be in a castle! Everyone had a lovely time and we will definitely be coming and holding more parties here in the future. Don't let negative reviews put you off, the main thing is that your children will enjoy playing here!
Kids loved it and struggled to get them to leave, but sadly it is in need of a refurb. This has been mentioned in quite a few reviews, I hope management are taking notice of these reviews and can make a few changes.

Absolutely disgraceful. Dirty, stinks of chip fat, incredibly run down. The soft play is really dirty and lots of broken parts - it should be shut down for a refurbishment. I'm not sure it comes up to health and safety standards, with gaffer tape holding some of the mats together and lots of holes, rips and tears The toilets are horrendous too - so unclean I wouldn't want my child to use them. Don't waste your money!
Nice open plan softplay area, which was clean and included a under 5s trampoline area, and a slide for older children too. However sadly as per the other reviews, the food took an hour to arrive even thought it wasn't that busy, and the toilets are absolutely disgusting throughout, some of the worst I've seen in years, filthy, stank of urine, a small soaking wet towel was the only hand drying facilities! Take some pride in your work?
If you've looked at the website and thought "this will be a nice place for a woodland walk followed by soft play" - don't bother. The only true part is the soft play. There is no woodland walk, and when you ask the staff don't even know. The site on the whole is run down and we even thought it had closed down until we slid the door open. 2 stars for the large soft play although we didn't use because it was manic.
