Diggerland is The Ultimate Adventure UK Theme Park Experience... where children and adults alike can ride, drive and operate REAL diggers, dumpers and other full- size construction machinery. Fun for all ages (subject to height restrictions), Diggerland with its 20 different rides and drives and an array of additional activities is the ideal theme park for small to large groups looking for something exciting and truly unique. Get to grips with real JCBs and Komatsu excavators, take a head-reeling turn or two on Spindizzy, rise to lofty heights and enjoy the views on the Skyshuttle, enjoy an off-road ride on the Groundshuttle, or have a go on the Dodgems and Go-Karts!
What a great family day. It seems expensive when you book it but actually it was such a fab day. The staff there are so friendly and all of them were really lovely with the children, explaining everything with patience and a smile. The catering staff were helpful and friendly too. I thought the menu for lunch had lots of choice and wasn't overpriced like most places you visit nowadays. There were so many rides and diggers to choose from we were there from 10.30 to 4pm and there was still somethings we hadn't had a go of! Shout out to Safari Dave who was hilarious with his one-liners as he drove the safari jeep!
This is a cool place to visit with kids. Loads of "rides" to go on. We visited during school holidays in August and maximum queue time was only 7 or 8mins. Many rides we could go on without any queue. All the staff were really good with the kids. A great day out. Cafe and gift shop was reasonably priced too.
Absolutely outstanding. The staff were amazing and the rides were fantastic. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a day out with a difference
I had a great time with my daughter. We enjoyed the rides, and the price was reasonable. However, we hope there are more food options available next time.
Visited on Wednesday during the summer holidays with family and had a great time. The staff were very friendly, helpful and surprisingly cheerful especially the chap on the robots. He's living the dream. I did baulk at the price but I think it's very much worth it and surprisingly our kids managed to operate 75% of the machinery themselves. Buy tickets in advance and save yourself a few quid! Food was reasonably priced and there is a soft play area inside.
Great day out with the kids. Experience that the children will never forget
