Diggerland is The Ultimate Adventure UK Theme Park Experience... where children and adults alike can ride, drive and operate REAL diggers, dumpers and other full- size construction machinery. Fun for all ages (subject to height restrictions), Diggerland with its 20 different rides and drives and an array of additional activities is the ideal theme park for small to large groups looking for something exciting and truly unique. Get to grips with real JCBs and Komatsu excavators, take a head-reeling turn or two on Spindizzy, rise to lofty heights and enjoy the views on the Skyshuttle, enjoy an off-road ride on the Groundshuttle, or have a go on the Dodgems and Go-Karts!
Smiled entire time we were there along with every other dad! Our boy is 91cm and there's a really handy chart on their site to see what your kids can go on before you get there. It was affordable if you book day before and once inside the cafe is great. Take a few quids for some smaller ride ons...but if you forget the shop sells tokens too. Great rides, cannot believe he controlled a digger. Every staff member was nice , never felt rushed. Great great place.
Had a wonderful first visit to Diggerland in Kent. So much variety in the different machines and rides which are suitable for a big range of ages. Lots of potentially scary big machines which are manned professionally, and the children all really loved their time there, as did the grownups! The staff are all super helpful and cheerful. We want to give a special thank you to Keenan, who was on the Spindizzy and was really kind and attentive. My son (6yrs old) was really nervous to try it as he hates heights and fast rides but his friend had been on several times. Keenan explained that if he felt uncomfortable to give a thumbs down and he would stop the ride. After a few spins, he did give the thumbs down and the ride immediately stopped and was brought down. Keenan then asked if he wanted to get off or try again but a bit slower and my son agreed. Again, he decided after a few spins that he didn't like it and was brought down immediately and let off. We were so impressed with the kindness and attentiveness of this particular employee. He is a credit to your company. We all had a really enjoyable day and will definitely be returning.
Brilliant family day out. Excellent value for money. Children loved everything here. For reference the children I took where 3&4&6&7. There was something for everyone. Facilities where clean and tidy. Every child of all abilities where catered for and thought about at each ride. The park was safe with plenty of staff around to help. I would definitely recommend this to other families.
Our visit to Diggerland during the school holidays was an enjoyable experience. It's a unique attraction that offers something different from the usual theme parks, and the kids absolutely loved it. **Tickets and Pricing:** I highly recommend buying tickets in advance, which are around PS25 each. This not only saves time but also ensures you get entry during peak times. **Rides and Attractions:** Most of the rides are included in the ticket price, but be aware that one ride requires tokens costing PS1 each. Since the minimum spend on a card is PS5, it's a good idea to bring some spare change to avoid unnecessary expenses. While some rides had long queues, the wait was generally manageable with a bit of patience. **Facilities:** There is a soft play area and a modest restaurant on site, which is convenient for families. The restaurant offered a reasonable selection of food, though nothing extraordinary. It's a good spot for a quick meal or snack between rides. **Staff and Service:** The staff were lovely and helpful throughout our visit. Their friendly attitude made the experience even more pleasant. **Overall Experience:** Despite the occasional long queues, the kids had a fantastic time, and the uniqueness of the attractions made it worthwhile. We would definitely consider returning in the future.
We love visiting Diggerland, and for once it's not just the kids! Every parent I know has just as much fun messing about with the machinery as the kids do, there are never huge queues for the attractions, and it's the only day out I know of that's enhanced by wet weather (just bring some wellies!). We tried The Dog Inn this time round and actually, the food was pretty good value for money and tasted great. Highly recommended day out
The staff here are all really invested in the park, were super friendly and professional. Food was good value and the attractions were great fun, would I go twice... not sure. Admittedly I got bitten with the advance booking of tickets making a day out PS70 for 1 child and adult which felt expensive. Go for the USP and the staff who are so attentive.
