Located in the Brecon Beacons National Park, Wales, Dolgoch Waterfall is a picturesque waterfall that drops 15 meters into a rocky gorge. The waterfall is surrounded by lush greenery and is accessible via a short walk from a nearby car park. The waterfall is at its most impressive after heavy rainfall, when the water flows rapidly over the edge, creating a misty veil that rises into the air. The tranquil surroundings and the soothing sound of the waterfall make it a popular spot for walkers and nature lovers.
Great place, here a few hours. Bring some coins for parking, think it was PS2 all day Small tea room nearby car park too The trails and falls were amazing, a few steep bits, large slabs as steps with plenty of hand rails Really pretty , nice drive getting here to
What a beautiful place to visit. Numerous water falls and rapids to view. Just be aware it's a lot of steps and quite a distance on uneven ground.
Beautiful place. Short walk for accessibility users but can spend a few hours here comfortably. Parking is PS2 for 4 hours or PS4 for a full day. Tea room offers a limited menu; lovely gentleman served us but was unable to assist with allergy questions.
Good path to the base of the falls up from the car park or down from the railway station but after that it is very steep up to the top of the falls - too rough for me. Best time to visit is after rain to enjoy a good flow.
Park in the car park and pay PS2, you need coins. A short walk up the path and through the iron gate. Follow the footpath under the narrow gauge railway viaduct to the falls. Easy walk. If you are feeling more adventurous you can climb up the path that takes you over the bridge at the top of the falls, worth the climb in my book.
Disabled / level access all the way to the waterfall itself. Tarmac road leading up to waterfall, sharp gradient towards end, some people on wheelchair may require some assistance to go up. Level access from disable parking all the way to the waterfall itself. Walk around the waterfall is not accessible. Everything pictured here taken from wheelchair
