A 12-acre park featuring a large lake, walking trails, picnic areas, and a children's play zone, surrounded by mature trees and vibrant flowerbeds, offering a peaceful escape from the town center.
Droitwich Lido Park is a gem in the town. The facilities here are amazing. Tennis courts with classes for children, playground, wild life area, woodland walks , a Band Stand with live music Sunday afternoons to enjoy. The swimming pool and cafe ( delicious food and dogs welcome) are in beautiful surroundings. The Parks gardeners keep the whole park in wonderful condition with immaculate flower beds and trimmed hedges. Just a fabulous to visit and enjoy.
Cold water considering it's July but the weather was not as good as predicted. Ok once in but after an hour it was time to get out and get warm!
A very nice park which extends from the edge of the town centre outwards for about 1km . There is a swimming pool and cafe, lakes, fields, and a variety of sports and play areas. Great for families, walking the dog, and exercise. There is also a lot artwork painted on panels, or wooden sculptures reflecting the history of the town and its unique underground salt lakes.
A fantastic park for the whole family including the furry ones. Great to walk around and play, tennis courts, play area for little ones and big ones. Even got a nature walk, amazing. A must visit place, don't miss out. Will be even better when the lido opens
We love lido Park however it's having a little work done to it currently so you may want to wait a while as some of the walkways are blocked off currently and one of the children's slide areas which was a shame and not to mention very noisey for little children. The ice cream, cakes and tango ice blast are very yummy. The cafe is clean. The lido pool is well lifeguarded and looked after. Everyone seemed to be enjoyed themselves. Bandstand was clean, no broken glass when we went. Grass is cut. Don't forget to bring some bread for the ducks. Only criticism is on the walk ways where we love to walk as very shady, the stinging nettles need to be cut back so children don't get hurt. I know its good for the insects but there's lots of nature around. For 2hours parking it cost PS2 :)
