A fantastic family day out exploring the underground canals, tunnels and caverns of Dudley. A historic environment dating back 428 million years.
We had a great tour from Becky (and John)at the weekend, was really informative and interesting. Super service from the lady selling tickets, we managed to use the children's Blue Peter passes for free entry for them which was great! The cafe is a must, really good value delicious food and again super friendly staff.
A fantastic way to see the canals & caverns of Dudley. We just missed a boat tour so used the gift shop & had a hot drink until the next one was available. 45 minute tour of the caves & canals gave a good insight in to the history of the area. A museum on site showed more detail of how this all came about & the usage through the ages.
Fantastic experience and good value. Boat ride with a difference... Nice add on to The Black County Museum. We booked in advance (large group) so had a pre booked time slot.
A lovely piece of history in the heart of the city. It's a great little trip and the tour guides are amazing. We did the 45 minute trip and felt like it was plenty. I will say PS12pp is a tad steep for the tour. It was something unique and different to do. It was full of history and even had a pesky blinders prop to show off. Rich with history and a few fossils
It was great, it's the first time I've been on a canal boat and visited these caverns before. It was interesting and the guides really know a lot about the place. Lots of history to this place, plenty of seating on the boat and lots to take in. You can choose different tours, mine lasted one hour.
The BEST experience ever!!! Webpage photos are 100% true. Thank you Ricky and Ted for your friendly banter and laughs, tons of information and a truly unforgettable morning. The entire staff are super friendly and accommodating. Thank you from Ursula and Tatum from Cape Town, South Africa
