The mound itself contained 50 cremations of the Beaker period 2500 to 2000BC. The finds are in the Mortimer archaeological museum in Hull. There is a road right next to dougalby howe parking is easy. Unless you are looking for it you could easily drive past it without realising what it is. If you are interested in ancient Britain then this site is well worth a visit.
