This 1,100-acre park in Helensburgh, Scotland, features a stunning combination of woodland, parkland, and formal gardens. Visitors can explore the beautiful grounds, which include a walled garden, a rock garden, and a variety of walking trails. The park is also home to a 19th-century Gothic-style mansion, which is now a luxury hotel and spa. The mansion's architecture and the park's scenic views make it a popular spot for weddings and other events.
The grass has been cut and the football pitch looks renewed . Parking is limited bt can park in the main street
Nice big area excellent for walking your dog, I have lived nearby since 1999 and its extremely rare that the council spend any money on improving it, it could really help all the young kids living on the estate if some money was allocated to it and some structured activities for the kids were available. There's a little park for approximately kids upto the age of about 6 or7, there's a fenced in area that the kids a bit older play football on. In the past there have been issue with teenagers leaving glass about, but it's usually cleaned up quickly by the locals. Its an underestimated park with much potential.
