A lovely little amusement park to stop off with the kids and enjoy the rides, reasonably priced and a lovely little town to walk round afterwards
A small but good amusement park for toddlers. Not very busy most of the times. They have a token system for the rides for which they accept only cash! Few nearby cash machines charge for the transactions!! But, nice for toddlers to spend an hour or so.
We take our granddaughter every year in season and we all absolutely love it. If you have a little pickle too I highly recommend going. We always stay at daleacres camping club site so it's double pukka.
Not even in the slightest toddler friendly anymore, especially not SEN children. Any parents of SEN children, please take this as advisement. The rides are mostly older now and the noise was horrific! I understand rides have music but even I struggled as an adult, let alone my kid. There's no way that it's safe for kids to be listening to it that loud. Indoor arcade was run down and dirty. No wonder it's not as busy as it used to be
Lovely little amusement and fairground rides, reasonable prices we spent PS20 each child on rides and amusements, but you could easily have just as good a day on less. 12 tokens are PS10 and the rides vary from 1-2 tokens each except the dodgems that were 3 tokens but you can get two in a car. They have a couple of refreshments shops at reasonable prices given they are in a prime spot. Although it's not amazing, it's still a great day out for young children.
Have been many times with our small children over the past few years. The arcades are spacious and a blast from the past. It can be very busy during peak season so we tend to come earlier to avoid crowds. Classic sweets and snacks available.
