A series of parallel earthwork ridges and troughs covering an area of approximately 77 acres, believed to be the remains of a medieval open-field farming system, with the strips averaging 220 yards in length and 10-15 yards in width.
Peaceful area to walk amongst trees. Well defined level paths take you around the area. Places can become quite muddy and challenging when wet off the main paths. You can cycle around easily and there are many off road challenges for the more adventurous.
Beautiful place to walk, lots of parking to the side of the road (no actual car park that I saw) numerous paths to follow so easily able to switch up each walk there
