This play area features a range of equipment suitable for children of all ages, including climbing frames, slides, and swings. The park also boasts a skate park and a basketball court, making it a great spot for older kids and teenagers to hang out. The surrounding green space is perfect for picnics or simply relaxing while the kids play.
A great park with a good play area for kids.
I like to sit on one of the benches after i have been shopping in the village, and have my takeaway latte from Bryers, as a treat. The park is popular with young families and children, but quiet during weekdays. The rest of Meadow Park is delightful and currently full of wildflowers. The monthly Friday afternoon artisan market is worth a visit, too.
Peaceful place, great for kids with the playground & for dag walking with designated off lead & on lead areas.
Be very aware of the metal gates. My 5 year old son was thrown to the ground yesterday after the gate bounced back hard and hit him in the head. His head was split open and he will have a deep 2 inch long scar for life. The gates should be much safer for children in this day & age.
Lovely park, nice and clean with lots of places to explore. Also plenty of bins which helps when dog walking! Great for all the family.
Great fun for kids. Clean, safe and not too busy.
