A picturesque beach with soft, golden sand and crystal-clear waters, surrounded by dramatic cliffs and scenic coastal paths, offering stunning views of the North Sea and a tranquil atmosphere perfect for relaxation and water activities.
Lovely sandy beach but you have to walk over some shingle to get to it. Dog friendly and beautiful sand. Our dog Otis loved it. Short walk down a steep slope to get there from the car park, which is free after 6pm. Very close to Will's Plaice the local fish and chip shop.
Beautiful peaces, with cliff rocks, golden sands. Definitely recommend sea shoes as can get rocky. We visit every year, its glorious. The sea is clear and glorious to swim in. Dogs are allowed. Recommend!!
We went to West Runton beach first but it was PS4 to park and we only wanted to be there for half an hour. So we went to east Runton beach. Bought 30 minutes parking for 60p. There was a viewing point with a monument to surfers. Some steep steps or a steep slope. The beach has a lifeguard hut with a zone between 2 flags where they watch. It was sandy near the cliff but as you got closer to the sea there were large stones and flints. It was very windy when we went and the sea was quite rough. We had an icecream from the van in the car park then went to cromer.
A wonderful morning on the beach with my family, it was very tranquil, sunny and timeless! An absolutely brilliant and relaxing experience.
A nice beach, steep access to the beach which caused a few issues. Parking is reasonable and stops after a certain time in the evening. Lovely beach, when the tide is out, it's huge and is good for sports/games on the sand or a swim in the sea
The most beautiful beach! So clean and well kept. Views all around and the best white sand.
