Quite small free access green space on an old mining site - main attraction on the fine day when we last visited is the birds, swans with cygnets, squabbling coots and the odd moorhen. Easy walk with the pushchair and the 10 year old was able to try out his new camera photographing the wildlife.
Nice small nature reserve, not bad gravel paths, plenty of benches, liked by dog walkers.
Wonderful place to walk the dog. Very peaceful early morning and full nature. Great place
