Ebdon Farm is a 17th-century farmhouse in Kent, England, that showcases a unique blend of traditional and modern architecture. The farm's rustic charm is preserved through its original timber-framed structure, exposed wooden beams, and traditional brickwork. Meanwhile, its modern extensions feature sleek glass and steel elements, creating a striking contrast between old and new. The farm's picturesque surroundings, complete with rolling hills and lush greenery, add to its natural beauty.
The Pier to Pier pathway from Wick st Lawrence was a mini adventure of 8 miles there and back. We cut across the bridle pathway at the Wick bridge near Ebdon Farm using the foot bridges and gates to make our way to the start of the pier to pier cycle pathway near Icelton. A few bushes overgrown but as this rural walking path becomes more used it'll become more accessible to all walkers. Dog walkers are recommended to keep their dogs on leads at all times as the fields have livestock.
