The whole team were fantastic starting with Aimee and the branch director arranging drone photos of my land plots and then continuing to the protracted negotiations (land sales can be very complex). Special thanks go to Mark Chapman for his outstanding negotiation work throughout. His interpersonal skills kept the buyer on board through a dip in the market and some unforeseen circumstances. Great people, except if you have issues with your rental property I suggest you ask for Kayleigh. Kayleigh is amazing and will deal with any little complaints you have but ingrida will make you feel like everything is your fault even if it's structural issues in a property. She personally sent me an email saying I never contacted her or never talked to my partner (the 2nd person on the lease and the guy who lived with me and heard the calls and me being blown off when I asked for her ) it's a good company to rent for as long as you get to talk to Kayleigh and no one else Honestly would never rent off ingrida again but 100% would trust Kayleigh. Moving out due to structural issues and Kayleigh made it easy and helped us negotiate with the landlord but ingrida just sent me emails blaming me and my partner for everything when we tried to treat our property with the upmost respect.
