A picturesque beach with soft white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water, surrounded by rugged cliffs and scenic hiking trails, offering breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation and water activities.
We were there between 7 and 8 at night. The beach was beautiful the sea amazing with huge waves. We went in for a paddle great fun
Great park for the kids and stunning beach . Got some great waves for bodyboarding
Lovely beach, waves were crazy when we went.
After a windy visit to the lighthouse at the Butt of Lewis it's a five minute trip to the beautiful Eoropie beach and dunes. Just the two of us there for over an hour, beautiful, sunny and the sound of the waves. Perfect holiday feeling. Then for an energetic way back to the carpark we climbed the dunes and enjoyed views both out to sea and inland across the fields and crofts.
Stunning sandy beach, there is a path to the beach which is a short walk from the car park and to the right side of the dunes along the grass. The car park is next to a really good playpark, there are areas for both younger children and older. There is a toilet and a basic kiosk open until 4pm. We visited in July and the car park was busy so we went up to see the light house and came back and there were spaces.
Beautiful beach, lovely and quiet when I was there. Nice dunes, clean bright sand and stunningly clear water. Interesting sandbar on the beach that causes a slight bore as the incoming tide pushes back the stream. Good parking. Walked around the headland to the lighthouse too. Nice.
