Eridge Park Estate is the family home of the 6th Marquess of Abergavenny. The private estate is steeped in history, but you are able to enjoy its breath-taking grounds whilst attending some of the many events that take place in the park. This beautiful ancient deer park provides a fabulous backdrop to a number of public events every year including festivals, country fairs, sporting competitions and charity galas. Events staged at Eridge Park benefit from the glorious gardens, stunning views across the Sussex Weald and excellent facilities, including easy access for visitors from across Kent and Sussex and even London plus ample parking. See our events calendar on our website for the full listings.
Went to our third Black Deer festival at Eridge Park. Lovely area, very scenic. Apart from the festival, I dont think the park is open to the general public.
We were here for the fantastic Black Deer Festival 2019. If you enjoy music, don't miss out, there's something for everyone.
Amazing park. We had our summer camp there this year. It's sprawling and gorgeous. We tented it out. There is a lovely lake at this park. Amazing loo's to access. Was very very impressed.
Be aware of Pot Hole Road need to be resurface in too many parts of the way. Seems a patchwork done badly Good luck on the Road and be ready for a Garage stop . Safe journey to All
It was a good walk with a little bit of history to it, me and my mate set out to look for the top of tye churchil tank and we found d it. It is only the turret part but still quite fascinating if you are into those kinds of things.
Context is important in my review as the land was scorched and looked barren from past tree felling. Precious deer are visible and in early September the sound of apples falling to the ground are audible and sensorially autumn is on its way.
