This ancient stone circle, situated in the heart of Dartmoor National Park, Devon, England, comprises 15 granite stones, each standing up to 3.5 meters tall, arranged in a circular pattern. The circle is surrounded by a low earth bank and a ditch, with some stones bearing evidence of ancient carvings. This was not the highlight of our walk but in time this will be a great place. Just a pity some of the areas are a dumping ground for old bricks and a messy fire pit.
