The park also boasts a children's play area, a cafe, and a visitor center with information on the local history and wildlife.
A wonderful and beautiful place! For climber there are a variety of routes and boulders and it is a place that is very family friendly as well. Such a great park!
Such an amazing place to spend quality time. The lake is so beautiful. Camping would be nice beside the lake. And plenty of activity available here.
Outdoor customised "carved" concrete "boulders" scattered aside the large lake in a landscaped woodland setting. Apparently levels of difficulty here offering a challenge range of climbing features across the ability spectrum from novice, unskilled grappler to the vertiginous specialist. If your reach is beyond a social climb this might be just be your dangle.
My absolute favourite park in the whole area. It has so many different things to do, and is beautiful. Plus I've never seen so many things to climb in one park. Great for kids, dogs, and adults. It's also very flat and has paths that go past everything so it's good for buggies and wheelchair users. Also has a car park.
Great local place for walks, doing your exercise, runs, and family picnics too. A lovely lake, a restaurant and ice cream vans on site. Greens and bike runs. Easily accessible from the fairlop station.
A perfect variety of climbing difficulty and generally a gorgeous place to climb. Went for my bday with mates- we're all of different abilities but we all had a fab day
