Nature preserve & walking area with wooded trails, a variety of wildlife & picturesque scenery.
You will need proper walking boots for the hike as it was hilly, narrow and muddy tracks with water in quite a lot of places. There is no sign so you will need to walk with your phone on. The parking was quite small through a narrow single track road. We enjoyed the hike but will probably find a different way in with waterproof boots.
Love these woods. Great for mountain biking. Great views. Not many people up there due to the noose of m20 and m25
I had an amazing adventure exploring this place, managed to see lots of wildlife but the only bad thing is there is no toilet or refreshments nearby, but the place itself is beautiful.
I grew up in Farningham and I've spent the last two days showing my fiancee my roots after moving out of the village many years ago. I used to come here when I was younger with my parents on bike rides and it is just as beautiful now as it was 20+ years ago!
A lovely place to have a relaxing walk. A little noisy on the M20 side, but the views and the wildlife make up for that.
Perfect place to go for a walk, especially if you want to get off the beaten track. Beautiful sunflower field just outside too. Be warned though, there is a lack of sinage and the road up to the car park is rather rocky.
