The centre is based within Moss End garden village and has a wonderful cafe on site and independent stores. Entrance fee to visit the Falconry Centre Adults PS4 Children over 3ys - PS2 Concessions - PS3 3 and under Free For a more hands on experience Feathers and Fur Falconry offers hands on sessions, birthday parties and photography sessions as well as off-site educational talks for schools, clubs, WI's, care homes and support groups. Handling sessions are available for all ages from 6 years + . Gift Vouchers are also available for all the handling sessions.
We visited Feathers and Fur today on Good Friday afternoon and had a wander round ourselves first but then we also were offered a guided tour for some Easter activities with the owner Sadie as well. It was such an interesting tour and the birds were both fascinating and beautiful. Sadie is so passionate about her birds and we learnt lots of new facts about them. This is a gem of a place and I urge you to visit if you can. Thanks Sadie for the tour. I particularly loved the kestrels and Flirty Bertie the Barn owl. Beautiful birds all round
We did the family falconry session and had an amazing time! Loads of fun and very educational. All staff were lovely and we're already planning to do another session to have another chance to get close up to these incredible birds
Our family had a great time at Feathers and Fur! Olivia took great care of us and we enjoyed meeting all the birds under their care. We took the time to do an hour long Falconry Experience and it was well worth the cost. The kids are still talking about it!

My bird crazy wife was in heaven. I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed it too. Sadie is passionate and knowledgeable and gave us a wonderful experience. Being so close to these wonderful birds and seeing them fly was amazing. Highly recommend doing the full hands on experience. Feeling them land on your hand and seeing them close up was so good.
Absolutely terrific. Got given a birthday gift for the half day falconry experience. Put in a group of 6 people, perfect number as you get a lot of bird time! The lady in charge was absolutely splendid - so knowledgeable and charismatic as well. Would highly recommend!!!
