Peaceful. The morning sky had cleared, the early drizzle banished, as milky winter sunshine did its best to chase away any thoughts of frost. The high tide lapped and cheekily nibbled the foreshore. The music of the lapping water asking all who could hear it to sit, listen, drift away. Across the estuary Llansteffan, bathing in sunshine, waved. The reflecting sunlight winked over the shimmering water, sending secret messages to those who cared to look.
I think its not for a family. Sailing club were the cannon is. Its OK for a quick walk. Car park on the right from Kidwelly.
It has a nice view and good sitting arrangement, and also the cafe is there with good coffee.
Great place to go to the beach and train spotting/Lle gwych i fynd i,r traeth a gwylio Drenau. Best in Wales Gorau yn Cymru
