Birds from across the globe, plus meerkats, alpacas & reptiles, amid gardens & a wildflower meadow.
I've wanted to visit this attraction for some time and it didn't disappoint! Based on the outskirts of Filey, this attraction includes a variety of animals, birds, lovely gardens, a little cafe and shop. The animals include meerkats which are always fun to watch and a stunning macaw with the most beautiful feathers. There was also a large python, a tortoise and more. I enjoyed wandering around the gardens and the staff were friendly and helpful. Very blessed with the weather too, with lots of sun and blue skies. Definitely worth a visit.
A really lovely zoo. Small but that suited us, animals appear to be well looked after, there's a little play park for the kids while parents can sit and rest. Plenty of picnic places. Gardens are an added bonus. Be sure to say hi to George! PS32 for a family of four tickets we found very reasonable. Spent three hours there, could easily to spend more there.
A very nice place. Some of the animals weren't available but the ones they have are very good. Good explanations and the place is well kept. I wish there was gates on the park as our son is Autistic and a runner. The sensory garden could do with a little more love too.
A lovely place for a little morning visit with younger kids. I came today. A farm / zoo with a mixture of animal types, mostly smaller with a lot of exotic birds, some ponies, alpacas and some others. It's wasn't too busy, we had a really relaxing time. There's a little cafe, and a great playground for the birds to burn off excess energy.
Excellent. We visited the place as a family of four. There's plenty to see for everyone and you can feed some of the animals too. My children loved it and us adults had a great time too. Oh, the toilets are very clean and well equipped, also, we enjoyed a nice lunch at the cafe. I recommend it to everyone!
What a wonderful place! Very well kept and the animals are lovely. I particularly enjoyed the gardens and the birds, there were so many bright and colourful ones. Me, my friend and my 3yo daughter loved it. A nice couple of hours spent on a Sunday morning. Facilities and play area is great for children.
