A 14-acre park featuring a large playground, skate park, football pitches, tennis courts, and a bowls green, surrounded by walking trails and woodland.
Terrific walk, very easy to get lost in so be careful! Public walkways are clearly marked with signs. Be sure to follow them. We didn't, got lost! Eventually found our way back but it was HOURS later. Dog and I knacked for days! Utterly tremendous. Biggest natural reserve in Oxfordshire. Didn't see a soul or dog for miles. Definitely for seasoned walkers and adventures. Will return when we've recovered!
Great play area large fort with slides, swings extra worth a visit even if your not local, large field also area for bigger and little ones for seats and picnic tables no loos.
My kids had a great time, spent between 2 and 3 hours here. The play park itself is great fun plus there is a big field with a football goal, also has a little village shop nearby.
Stumbled across this park, kids loved it. Couldn't find parking so ended up parking on the edge on top field but seems like others did this. Its a wooden Fort climbing frame with 2 slides, multiple climbing points. Also got couple of swings and multiple monkey bars. They have even created a mini section for under 5's. Seemed popular when we visited but was not crowded, just a steady stream of people.
Amazing hidden gem for kids of any age, brilliant "Fort" like design for the large play park and football and netball courts adjacent
My twin grandsons' favourite place! A very thoughtfully planned play area with all sorts of slides, swings and climbing areas in a safely enclosed space.
