Flip Out Aylesbury is a huge indoor adventure park with attractions including Laser Quest, interactive football, bumper cars, ninja tag, a synthetic ice rink and soft play. Session prices include access to every single attraction! We also have an on-site Diner which serves a range of hot and cold food and drinks.
Very disappointing experience!!! Did not receive the discount for food as a spectator. It was so hot in the canteen. Adults were walking round without socks on. As I am on crutches, the escalator was not working and I was supposed to come down on a slide!!! The food took ages to be served. Some of the arcade games were not working. It's not for older children over 10!!! Very, very small!!!!!
Really impressed as I had bad review from friends that not much to do for a 5 year old. We had a lovely time , more than plenty to do although my little one preferred the "soft play", although it was not really soft play as an assault course. She loved it, and being that it was just her and I , I loved the fact I could walk around without having to actually get on the equipment. Thinking about getting a membership. Had a great time. Although the down side was the food service. Ordered a coffee and a pizza, the girls walked off to the back without giving me my coffee and didn't arrive back till 5 mins later by this time my coffee was cold . Then told to wait 10 mins for my pizza. After waiting nearly 20 mins went to ask about it only to find the cabinet half full and no one had brought me one or more to the point let me know. So I won't be ordering food or drinks next time.
Had a great experience here today. Daughter wanted to go here for her birthday with friends but was a little dubious due to reviews but thought we would see for ourselves so glad we did. The kids had a great time. They loved the Laser tag and roller skating and we were happy. The place was clean and well run. The only down side was the escalator was broken and the coffee was disgusting but despite this we will definitely be returning in the future
Although my children enjoyed themselves, and the staff were lovely, the place was shockingly filthy, especially the ladies' toilets. Flip out Aylesbury needs a deep clean by professional cleaners. I will not be returning any time soon because of how filthy it was.
Flipout Aylesbury really went down hill recently. Bumper cars are gone and replaced with little trikes which aren't nearly as good and suited best for toddlers. Crazy golf is gone as well which is a real shame. Ice skating was replaced with roller skates which is not necessary a bad thing if it wasn't for the fact that there is no staff member tending to roller skate hire meaning that the pairs are often mixed up. Best activities were lost so flip out turned into a glorified soft play with a premium price tag. I am unlikely to be returning.
It may suit older toddler or teenager but I don't recommend for children under 3. My little could only play in the softplay and the biking area. The rest didn't interest her. There's always one area was doing the work although I never saw men working there. If you redeem the wristband and order the pizza be prepared to wait for like half hour, the staff in the kitchen were all pretty young and just chatting laughing a lot of the time, when the pizza was ready no one would remember to bring it out to me a lot time. Often I had to go there and ask then they brought it to me straightaway meaning it was well ready already. One thing to bear in mind is they make the cancellation difficult. It's not simply you could just tell the counter you'd like to cancel it, you have to phone them up and write email back as well. A three months trial was enough for us and we are not going back anyway.
