Very very very poorly trained staff. Very bad organization. Together with 20 children, we waited for about an hour to enter the location. A manager also came to solve the problem and she did not find quick solutions either. The children got bored, became agitated and we hardly managed to calm them down. After entering the location, we were led to the room where we were supposed to celebrate the event. They didn't tell us that they didn't have plates to serve the cake, they didn't have a knife to cut the cake, they didn't have cutlery for the children to eat the cake with. All this happened, even though the reservation was made a long time ago and I went to ask before if everything would be ok. Those we spoke with assured us that everything would be ok, but each time we spoke both at the location and on the phone, with another person after another. They do not communicate with each other. I am entering the reservation data into the computer, but our reservation was not found. I waited a long time for them to clarify between them what we are talking about. The management is totally flawed. We will never return to this location. I do not recommend going to organize children's birthday parties here. However, I was lucky that, after entering the location, the children had fun. Children came from the playground and wanted to drink juices or water. Effectively, I had to go to the bar every time to bring glasses, because they didn't even have glasses. There was no person to support us during the time we had the reservation. Every now and then one person would come, I would tell them the problems, and then they would leave and never come back. I have organized my daughter's birthday every year, but in no year has the organization been this bad. I wish that the managers see this post and take measures, so that other parents do not experience what we suffered. We left the venue disappointed as we had paid many pounds and the services provided were of very very very poor quality.
Fantastic fun for the whole family. Not only did the kids love it but the grown ups did as well. One of the best family days out that I've had in ages. The battle beam proved a hit, no pun intended, with everyone. There is a decent climbing wall that challenged the kids and the adults. The soft play area was also great for all of us. And there is plenty more to enjoy. We all said that we want to go back again as soon as we left.
Always a favorite among my kids. The place is huge, well maintained and relatively kept clean throughout. There are many activities to choose from. The trampolines are always fun, but my kids particularly like the climbing wall as well as the Wipe Out. So much fun! TIP: if coming on weekends and looking for quieter times, morning slots are always the ones to go for.

I came here for the first time with my girlfriend and two teenagers, and I can say it was very fun even for us adults. Such a great time, fun venue and we were served by Taylor who was super helpful and lovely and made the experience so much nicer. Definitely try to come when it's not too busy. Only thing I would change is the foam pit under the wall climb which was covered with tarp - because people kept losing things inside. Still great fun nonetheless.
We had our son's 13th birthday yesterday 22nd of August and the staff were amazing . Lacy and the other staff looking after us went beyond and above to make sure we all had a fab time . All the mum's had a fantastic time too. The children didn't want to leave . I will highly recommend this place. Again thank you lacy and the other staff for an amazing experience.
