Fun but loads of bits broken and it never gets repaired, the knock out circular bit in the inflatable area has been broken for years, the air bag was closed again, bits missing from obstacle course, not very clean at all, cups and rubbish in the kids soft play area, the free slushy was nice though. All needs updating and fixing, still old bounce bits in there too like the clock, whole place looks tatty

All the other reviews about this place are accurate. Kids will love it, as they don't see imperfections. But this place is a dump. For money they charge they should be fixing holes in inflatables! Really dangerous. They should have had more staff on duty to keep an eye on things and keep people safe. And they really should be cleaning the place. The toilets are shocking. Staff don't care when you tell them so. If you look in the photos, you'll see a snap of the cleaning rota. We went on Sunday, when they didn't have anybody doing any checks at all. And check out the main toilet door right by the cafe. Grim. Its a shame.

What a shame. Great facilities and it should be a fabulous experience for all the family, but it's simply FILTHY, and must surely be hazardous to health. They also do truly daft stuff, like blocking the fire exit with high chairs, and staff the place with disinterested teenagers. Suggest you don't visit until they address this huge problem.

Terrible. The baby play area had moldy food, dust and loose thread everywhere. It was severely under staffed with none of them watching the trampoline. The pit was closed as was as the inflatable being off. The A/C did not work and the arcade was closed. Waste of money would not recommend.

The whole place is in need a makeover. The decor is shocking, paint feeling everywhere, cobwebs, carpets are gross, sweet wrappers in the climbing soft play areas. The toilets are a joke, near enough all of the cubicles had feces and urine in them, the toilets seats were shocking! As for the price, we paid nearly PS60 for an hour, should be PS20-30 at most. We won't be going back.

Could do with some TLC. I appreciate everyone and everywhere is feeling the pinch but the place is looking a little unloved. Having said that my grandchildren love the place and we are frequently there. Another little point having paid for the children Jo bounce I personally feel that the adults accompanying should not have to pay too,appreciate it's only PS1 but we all usually buy coffees and snacks which more than makes up for the PS1.
