Today on the 26.8.2024, Monday we was there and my Impression for the FLIP OUT was OK. The Toilet was were worse then worse !! Overall the Price for Food is very high, just my opinion. But my View & my Kids VIEW is very different !! Thts why they get 3 Stars from me 2-3 STAFF 3 CleanNess 3 Overall the Impression PriceWise it was me & my lil daughter but who took the Service was my Son & 3 Friends and that cost around 75PS with Socks. Some areas were not accessible- foam pits, zip slides etc. Nobody at the food counter, so couldn't get a drink. My student got bored after half hour, so we left
The kids enjoyed themselves which is the main thing but we were there well before time but was waiting for few of out party so didn't get to the desk till almost time. For some reason the system only put a couple of my waivers on. They were all done at the same time. After that it took us 10 mins to get everyone signed on the waiver and then it took a while for it to go through to there computer to five us the green bands. This was now almost 20 mins into our bounce time. Whe is spoke to jordon the manager he said that it was our fault as we should have been there half hour before which we were but massive ques to go in. On top if that my 8 Yr old child was not allowed to go on one part of the trampoline as she was only just under the height requirement which meant we had to separate her from the rest of the group. In total there was 12 of us and we also did the zip line. Over all cleanliness was good but it was too over crowded and parking was terrible.
Great for the kids, which is the main thing right. However, the cafe area for the adults was sub-par. Pub picnic tables scattered around the room aren't ideal for parents to wait for two hours for the kids to enjoy themselves. I have a bad back and could have done some support. The coffee machine wasn't working when we went but they had a great supply of cold drinks. I would go again, but only if they refurbished the parents' area with proper comfy cafe type chairs.
Kids love it but I think it needs a good deep clean, it smells, toilets dirty, no soap, rubbish over floor, bottles of pop 2.50, way too expensive, also bumper cars have to be paid for even though flip out Telford they are free!!!!

The smell was all around the cafeteria and the tables and chairs that you sit on waiting for your children. I had to sit in the car and wait for my grandchildren to finish playing As the smell was that bad And most of the other parents were standing outside the fire door. Not very clean. Not enough staff. They stop doing hot food before five o'clock
