Footgolf dog walk is a unique attraction in the United Kingdom where visitors can play a game of footgolf while walking their dogs. The attraction combines the popular sports of football and golf, but instead of using clubs and balls, players kick a football into large holes on a specially designed course. The dog walk aspect allows owners to exercise their pets while they play the game, making it a fun and interactive experience for both humans and animals.
Excellent game for all. Well organised, easy to follow. Cub Scouts and Scouts, great fun.
This review is based on a paid round (1st time) of foot golf at the properly organised footgolf centre operating from the barn beside the course that we used for ice creams only, but looked good for far more eating options with a nice outside seating area for nice days. The guy running foot golf made every effort required to make the visit fun for young and old alike. He instantly recognised my lads emotional state after a stressful day and made up a rule that we are only allowed to laugh on the course not get upset. Something the lad kept squealing with delight as he ran at the ball intent on kicking it into next week only for it to roll 10 yards. That might normally have ended in a miny meltdown but the invented rule made the difference. Also good exercise given the hills on the course.
What a fabulous hidden gem! Plenty of space, fully fenced in and super clean and tidy. No parking out of hours, but quiet residential roads 2 minutes walk away. Very pleased to see no evidence of dog waste. There are plenty of bins around!
