These beautiful gardens in Lancashire, England, feature a tranquil atmosphere, walking trails, and a variety of plant species. The gardens were created in memory of the Freckleton air disaster in 1948, which resulted in the loss of 80 lives. A memorial wall and plaque pay tribute to the victims. Visitors can stroll around the gardens, enjoy the scenery, and reflect on the significance of the memorial.
Really cool park, nice place to watch the sunset and very chill I love this park l always go there with my friends. Although everytime l do go, there is always, mostly teenagers, coming up to my friends asking strange questions or laughing behind their backs. I'm not quite sure why they do this probablt because they think they own the park. But apart from that it is a very nice place to take your friends to.
A lovely little park with a lovely playground for the children !clean and gardens looked after ! Plenty of dog bins about and benches to sit on There are public toilets And lovely pubs across the road too
Absolutely love this park. A lovely place to sit and watch the world go by. And also a great place to take the grandkids to play and very safe too
The peace and tranquility was punctuated by the sound of a barking dogs, from the houses which are built right next door. One day there won't be a peaceful place left on the planet, save from the inhospitable places which are far and few between. Not even the dead can lay peacefully in their graves. Too many people trying to live in such small built up areas, with houses taking away all the greenery. It used to be a nice place. The planet, then got infested with a desease more deadly and destructive than any force of nature. Unless of course you count the reset button of the great flood..?!
Very moving experience looking at that monument.
