Only had a couple of hours and spent them at the beach but it looks like a cute and wholesome seaside town, not one of those super-commercialised places, and I'm sure we will be back.
It's a beautiful Beach. When the sun is in full swing or there is a full heat wave then this is the best beach to take a dip. This beach is not too crowded and not too famous like Bournemouth and other famous beaches, however trust me if you want to spend a good time with family and enjoy with them, then this is this is the best beach . There is no dedicated parking space however the roads were quite big and we just parked on the road side. We visited on a Sunday afternoon and it was not too crowded and we visited with the friends and we enjoyed thoroughly. We sat in the garden which is just opposite the beach and we had afternoon lunch, which gives you a different feel. After lunch we jumped into the sea and trust we didn't realize we already spent around 2 hours. It's a must recommended place to try to visit once and you will keep visiting again and again.
We didn't use the beach huts. Rather, we took our 6 year old granddaughter to the beach. Frinton Beach is perfect for children.The beach slopes gently for a long way, meaning even when the tides in one may swim safely with young children without worry.
This beach hut was rented for a family get together. Great location and very well equipped. My only grumble was that the gas run out and thete was no replacement available, otherwise 5 stars. Would definitely visit again. The beach is great and good fir children.
