Frost Folly Car Park is a unique attraction in the United Kingdom that offers a surreal experience. This former car park has been transformed into a vibrant urban oasis, featuring a kaleidoscope of colors and eclectic street art. The walls and pillars are adorned with intricate murals, graffiti, and quirky sculptures, creating an immersive and Instagram-worthy environment. Visitors can wander through the space, taking in the ever-changing art scene, and enjoy the lively atmosphere that often hosts live music, food stalls, and community events.
Free to park a beautiful country park and luckily 10th May 2024 saw the northern lights there a miracle to see
I do not own a dog, but be warned this is a favourite destination for dog walkers with dogs in large numbers. I come for the scenery, the big sky and a feel of being in the countryside with wild flowers, grasses, deciduous trees and flocks of birds, albeit Bracknell is only a few minutes drive away. On a rainy wellies are needed to navigate muddy paths and wet grass.
Spacious car park. Bin and picnic tables. Lots of space to walk and very popular with dog owners. Just take it steady on the final stretch as the roads are a bit narrow.
Brilliant place for a relaxing stroll, or in my case, walking too pups who are very energetic. It's safely fenced in and is also being extended with two new field giving even more choice of changing things up as to which way to walk. There's some lovely ponds too which some dogs love to swim in. The one thing that let's the place down, is the lack of bins. Most people don't bother to clean up after their dogs, which I'm sure would decrease if there were a few more bins.
Great for dog walking and you can get some amazing views & sunsets! See our pictures!!
There was plenty of free parking available when we visited. We will return in drier weather, to walk the trails again, when we will be able to access more areas. Just be aware that if you use a navigation system to guide you in, then it might bring you along a narrow lane with no passing places it is best to enter from the A3095 Maidenhead Road.
