*new* for 2022, self contained glamping pods, underfloor heating, en suite wet room, bedding, bed linen and towels provided. PYO soft fruit farm, also PYO apple orchard. We have fruit available to pick from mid June until end of October. We have a small well established caravan site, set amongst trees, electric hook up, toilets and shower. Adults only and well behaved dogs. There are free range peacocks walking around, both white and coloured
Gorgeous little campsite nestled amongst the tree's. Superbly quiet apart from nature. Lovely friendly owner. Hot shower (20p) that lasts ages. Toilet, elsan emptying point, ehu, fresh water taps around the site. 2 beautiful secluded camping pods at the rear of the site for hire. Fantastic TV and mobile phone signal which surprised me as we're under the tree's in a wooded area. This campsite is perfect if you're wanting perfect peace and quiet. The resident peacock's are absolutely beautiful and fascinating to watch. I % recommend this site and we'll definitely be back. Plus the owner runs a pick your own fruit farm field straight opposite the site!
We stayed in one of the glamping pods sited in the farms woods. It was excellent as the underfloor heating kept us warm and comfy. Nature is all around you particularly woodland birds like tree creepers, chaffinches and robins. The pods built in wet room shower was marvellous and towels are provided. Sandra & Ian are friendly hosts who can help you explore the Wolds or coast with suggestions We found it a relaxing break and would love to stay again.
We have just returned from a relaxing break staying in one of the glamping pods. Perfect for a "getaway from it all" break. The pod is well equipped with hob, fridge and combination microwave oven - plenty of plates and utensils. Comfy bed and a shower/wet room. Great location for visits to the Lincolnshire countryside and east coast. Or you could just do nothing and sit outside listening to the wildlife and the resident peacocks. Dog friendly accommodation and our dogs loved the day trip to the beach for a walk. Thanks for a lovely stay
Absolutely gorgeous/luxury glamping pods, outstanding facilities within the pods, shower, wc, fridge freezer, micro grill, tea and coffee facilities, set in beautiful woodland, short drive to Alford, Mablethorpe and Sutton sea. Sandra and Ian made us feel so welcome. Added bonus it's was 1940s weekend.
Lovely quiet campsite probably the quietist we have stayed on other than the peacocks, they love coming up to you for food! Good sized pitches with all required amenities, separated nicely and well shaded from the sun although we had a bad week weather-wise . Lincolnshire is beautiful with woods as a backdrop and fruit fields in front will have to come back when it's open. Would love stay here again in our caravanan. Really good value for money! Especially the pods which our son and his girlfriend hired! Thank you Ian and Sandra for being great hosts! Love Ann and Paul
Recently returned from a weekend stay in a very superior glamping pod at Galley Hill Farm. The peace and relaxation were incomparable , the owners kind and friendly and the pod itself comfortable and well equipped. An added bonus was the bird life! We heard and saw a scarce Jay and heard a quite rare Spotted Fly Catcher amongst other beautiful varieties of birds encouraged by the owners' careful, thoughtful attention to nature and the ecology of the site. Plenty to do around the area and a highlight for us was picking some delicious strawberries at the farm itself . Returned home with the priceless feeling of having relaxed and let go completely . Would highly recommend Galley Hill Farm .
