Beautiful gardens with two lovely greenhouses. Not too crowded - I was able to relax and take photos without feeling like I was getting in people's way. Great variety of plants. There was a good deal of informational signage, but it wasn't overwhelming, so it still felt like a nature-dominated place.

Beautiful garden to spend a day. The entry is absolutely free. We will get to see exotic and rare plants. They also have varieties of flowers. The place is well maintained. Very informative with the descriptions. Located very close the the center of Glasgow.

I was very pleasantly surprised with just how much there is to see here, and it's absolutely free (you can leave a donation). The glass houses are immaculately maintained and a joy to walk around. Plants are all labelled with good information, and the plants all look well cared for. The staff are very friendly and informative. The outside grounds are just as well looked after, and the range of plants is very interesting. There are public toilets and plenty of areas for picnics and children to play, I'll be revisiting each season as there is plenty to see.

Highly recommended if you are in the west end. About a 20 min walk from the Kelvingrove museum and close to the bus lines to get back into downtown. Free entry as of this post

Beautiful gardens, plants and green houses! Definitely worth a visit! Especially if it's a sunny day!! First time I've seen a cinnamon tree and a bitter melon tree (strange yellow fruit in the photo)!!

Nice greenery and place to hang out. Good place to get some peace and quiet. We went on a weekday and we could see many strollers and couples spending good quality time hanging out at the green fields. Good to bring a snack along though there is a store selling simple snacks at the entrance.
